From MT Pullers Association:

Welcome to the Pedal Tractor Pulls! Here are the rules and guidelines that will ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable competition for all participants.

  1. We will supply the pedal tractor.
  2. Eligibility: The competition is open to children between the ages of 4 and 12. Participants must be able to reach the pedals and handlebars of the tractor without assistance.
  3. Weight Limits: The maximum weight limit for the driver is 100 pounds. Any tractor driver exceeding the weight limit will be disqualified.
  4. Safety Equipment: All participants must wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes during the competition. Any participant not wearing proper safety equipment will not be allowed to participate.
  5. Pulling Distance: The tractor must pull the sled as far as possible without stopping or backing up. The distance will be measured from the starting line to the point where the front of the tractor crosses the finish line.
  6. Pulling Order: The order of the tractors will be determined by a random draw. Each participant will have the opportunity to make one full pull. The participant with the longest distance wins.
  7. Disqualification: Any tractor that pulls outside of the designated track or crosses the boundary line will be disqualified.

We hope that everyone has a fun and safe time at the Pedal Tractor Pulls. Good luck to all participants!
